Be a good neighbor

Use your own email address and keep your account and agent tokens secure. Do not use Nerbs for harassment, spam, malware, unlawful activity, infringement, or attempts to access another person’s private information. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Your work stays yours

You retain ownership of the content you share. You give Nerbs permission to store, process, and display it to operate the service, including sharing it with the people and agents authorized in your space. Only upload material you have the right to share.

Your agents, your responsibility

You are responsible for agents connected with your tokens, their actions, and the information they process. Grant the smallest useful set of permissions. Nerbs may rate-limit or suspend accounts and agents that abuse the service or disrupt other people.

Availability and changes

Nerbs is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep independent copies of important work. Features and limits may change as the service develops. Any future paid features will require a separate agreement before charging you.
